Orphans Received the Love of Father and Mother thru DLSP Elohist

Orphans felt the love of Father and Mother when DLSP Elohist (Dalubhasaan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo Elohist) visited them at the Center for the Welfare and Protection of Children in San Francisco Terrace Subdivision, San Pablo City, Laguna, on a fine afternoon of December 21, 2016.

Longing for Home, Relieved by Father and Mother’s Love

Growing up in an orphanage affects the emotional state of children. These children were abandoned by their family and others are rebellious and left their home. Their lives are very sad and lonely, making them feel inferior and empty. They are always longing for the warm comfort of a true home and family. So, in order to reach out to them, the volunteers nurtured these children with love, affection and attention.

With a heart full of sympathy and care, the DLSP Elohist conducted a mission: to put smiles on their sad faces. They prepared different games and performed “We love you” dance comforting them that they may be unloved and abandoned by their family, but there is an Everlasting Love that is freely and abundantly given to them, it is Heavenly Father and Mother’s Love.

Life-changing, for both Orphans and Elohists

Visiting the orphanage is a life-changing event, not only for the orphans but for the volunteers as well. The children untiringly played with the volunteers and instantly, their gloomy faces were replaced with bright and happy smiles. This activity lasted for only 4 hours. It may be a short one but it is filled with happiness, love and concern. The joy and memories gained thru this experience, engraved on their hearts and will be remembered forever. At the end of the activity, the children were very grateful and thankful that even once in their lives, they felt loved and experienced again how to be a member of a family. Even these children who are sad and lonely, have temporarily forgotten all their worries and appreciated the value of life.

Organization that Truly Cares

Through the unity of the DLSP Elohist, the people in the orphanage were delighted and astonished that there is an organization that truly cares for them. They are the “dew of the dawn” united with only one goal, to share the love of our Elohim God to the orphans! Certificate of Appreciation was given to DLSP Elohist by the City Government of San Pablo, Laguna. On that day, the DLSP Elohist had done a great job, not just in the eyes of the orphans but more importantly, in the eyes of our Heavenly Parents who gave us an errand: “Love one Another as I Loved You”.

Spiritual Rebellious Orphans who Left our Heavenly Parents

In the spiritual world, we are like these children who are rebellious and left our hometown, heaven. Due to our transgressions and sins, we had caused so much pain and sufferings to our Heavenly Parents. But, They did not give up on us. They came down from heaven to seek and save Their loving children. They are patiently waiting and praying for us that we may soften our hardened hearts, to heed Their voices, reminding the value of heavenly inheritance. The Spring of the Water of Life flows endlessly from Them, and it cleanses our hearts. In these last days, our Heavenly Parents are earnestly calling us “Come!”, saying, let’s go back to our Hometown where our Heavenly Family is waiting for us.
